You can help us speed up the assessment and design process by including these details in your email:

  • Shoe Model / Design
  • Design concept / Image references.
  • Budget (excluding the purchase of shoes)

Step 2: Email Confirmation

After we receive your order, our team will contact you through the provided email Id to discuss your order preferences; during any such discussions you are allowed to make alterations to your requested design.
Once everything is finalized, you will be receiving a confirmation email, highlighting your order details along with shipping and handling cost.

Step 3: Make a Deposit or Drop your Shoes

After the email confirmation, we request our customers to deposit a minimum of $50.00 CAD in order to book the spots. At this point, you can drop in your shoes, or confirm the purchase of the new ones.
Customers can pay their Deposit amount and book your spot by clicking PAY YOUR DEPOSIT

Step 4: Alterations/ Change in Plans (*If Any)

Our designers will contact you once they start working on your pair to confirm if or any alterations are required in the design.
Once the designing is in process, you can no longer make any changes to the requirements.

Step 5: We are almost there.

Our turn-around time will be approximately 3-4 weeks after we receive your deposit. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with an outstanding balance for your design amount after your order is completed.
We request you to pay the remaining amount before the delivery of your shoes, design along with the applicable shipping charges.
